Our cuisine is made of genuine dishes and we want to keep it that way. We want guests to taste the authentic flavour of homemade pasta, meat and cold-cuts, the genuineness of homemade cakes and biscuits.

Seasonal food
Meals served at Agriturismo Casa Rossa mirrors the culinary tradition of Treviso and respect the seasonality of fruit and vegetable that grow in our garden. Vegetables are served raw, cooked or as pickled vegetables to dress spaghetti, dumplings, rice and more casserole dishes.

Goose, chicken and pork meat comes from the small farm of Casa Rossa. Meat becomes cold cuts starters and stewed or roasted meat. You can also taste quality beef meat we get from our local and beloved butcher shops.

Last but not least, as dessert you cannot miss our apple and berry pies, cheesecake with homemade jam, cakes with chocolate and hazelnuts, biscuits "brutti ma buoni and sbriciolata with strawberry and mascarpone cheese..

Casarossa is a producer of Prosecco "Casarossa" Extra dry d.o.c., which has also been presented at Milan Expo 2015. The wine list includes white wines, red wines and sparkling wines to pair with food

We strongly take into account health and food choices: vegetarians, vegans and people suffering from food intolerances can experience the Venetian cuisine as well.
